For the first time in its history, in 2024, the Assam HSLC Results were announced in April itself (April 20 at 10 am) with the erstwhile SEBA completing its evaluation & result declaration process. In 2025 too, the ASSEB is expected to follow a similar date of declaration for the SEBA HSLC Results 2025. Last year, a total of 4,25,924 students appeared for the HSLC Exams at 913 exam centres across Assam, of which 1,90,934 were male students and 2,34,980 female students. SEBA HSLC Examination Date Sheet 2025
The Assam State School Education Board (ASSEB) Division - I, formerly known as the Secondary Education Board of Assam (SEBA), is responsible for conducting the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) Examinations in Assam and providing assurance for the quality of HSLC Education imparted in schools of Assam. ASSEB (SEBA) announced the detailed programme for its HSLC Exam 2025 and the exams have been held from February 15, 2025 till March 03, 2025. The time allowed for the examination is 3 hours for certain papers & 2 hours for a few papers and there are two examination sessions i.e. Morning Session - 9 am to 12 noon and Afternoon Session - 1.30 pm to 4.30 pm.
